My Hub connected but won't display

Rebooted  and factory reset.went through the process of reinstalling. Says connected but displays link account which i have already done.

Hi Margaret,

 
I've just recently seen reports from elsewhere that users have found restarting the device has now worked, despite not helping previously. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in again and let me know if you have any luck. 
 
I've not heard anything officially as to whether the issue is resolved, only reports from other users, so fingers crossed but no guarantees! 🤞

The Google hub is now working. Not sure how this has happened as we have done several factory resets and reboots.
