My Nest Audio in Bluetooth mode disconnect all my devices!

When I use my Nest Audio in mode Bluetooth like a speaker in my PC, this one disconnect him and all my wireless devices every 2 hours or less. This does not happen when streaming via Chromecast using any web browser, just when I use the Bluetooth mode of the Nest Audio.

I am using Bluetooth V5.2 of one Motherboard B7 B550 NZXT.

Hi Sob3rbia,

 

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Aside from your Nest Audio, is your PC also connected to another via Bluetooth? Are there error messages? What troubleshooting steps have been done?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers then your PC.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
