Today, after two months I bought the Nest Audio, it starts to change the volume with the touch buttons by itself. Nobody is touching it, it isn't wet and it wasn't dropped. Nest just make the sounds like someone is pressing the touch buttons, with no reason, and it started to happen with a high frequency. I want to know if there is any solution to my problem.

Open the device up and see if any bugs have crawled into the button area. I had the same thing and it was driving me insane untill I opened the device and found lots of ants inside.

Sounds like crazy, but I think that the ants are the cause too. I saw some very little ants getting out of the nest today. I'm going to make a siege and kill all of them when they get out to eat ⚔️.
