My Nest Mini 2nd Gen won't turn on at all

Hi! My Google nest mini 2nd Gen it's not turning on at all, no lights or sound.

It's connected and my wifi is working just fine, don't know what happened, I was listening to music when it happened and it won't work at all since then.

That's frustrating.  You may have to factory reset:

1. On the side of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange.
2. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process.
3. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.

Hi! Yes, it suddenly stopped working by itself, no lights or sound, completely off. It was working perfectly fine till that day. 

It's connected directly to a wall outlet and yes I've tried to connect it to different ones but still, no luck. 

I've tried what Matt suggested but it didn't worked, it's completely off so it doesn't change when I switch the mic button and there's no lights.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate you clarifying that information for me. Let's try these steps to see if we can get your Nest Mini working again:

• Unplug the power adapter from both the wall outlet and your Nest Mini.
• Leave it unplugged for at least 20 seconds.
• Plug the power adapter back into your Nest Mini and then into a working wall outlet.
• Check to see if any LED lights appear on your Nest Mini.

If you have a second Nest Mini that is working, please try using its power adapter with the device that is not turning on. This will help to determine if the issue is with the power adapter.
