Hello Malik White,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating that is to not be able to play music. I would be more than happy to look into this issue. First, I have some questions.
  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is this a new issue? Was your device working before?
  • Is this also happening with all types of media? (Pandora, YouTube, Spotify, Radio, etc.)
  • Is your device powering on and responding to commands?
    • Does this issue occur with music commands only? Or all commands (weather, answering questions)?
  • Can you try to reboot and Factory Data Reset your device? Does the issue still occur?
A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
Thanks for your patience and I look forward to your response!
