My Nest is setting alarms itself

My Google Nest 2nd Gen has recently been setting alarms at different times of the day by itself, no one told it to!!. How can I stop this?

Try this.  Go into the Home app, tap your profile icon at the top left then choose My Activity.  You should see a list of all of the things the Assistant has been up to.  You might find some clues there as to what is going on.
