Since reconnecting my Google mini to a new WiFi network it has been glitchy. So I ran a factory reset. But now it cannot set any alarms through voice command, and I usually have to repeat my voice commands in order for the Google Nest to execute.

Yes. It almost always takes more than one try to get the Google nest to execute the voice command.
I have not received any error messages on my phone. But the Google Mini will say, "Hmmm..there was a glitch. Try again in a few seconds." or it would say: "hmm.. Something went wrong. Try again in a few seconds."
No I have not tried that yet but I had recently installed a new router and had to reconnect the Google mini to the new network. The errors occurred after I did this.
I tried to do a factory reset, tried unplugging and replugging the Google nest.

Yes the issue is still occurring.
Commands I try are : "hey Google, wake me up at [insert a time]", "hey Google, set an alarm for [insert time]"
Both commands had worked before.
