It was working perfectly fine and then suddenly a portion of the screen (Blue area below) became dimmer in brightness (kind of greyish). The next day the same area went completely dark (except the white portion in the right). After restarting several times and reset I am stuck with the screen shown in the image below. Did anyone else experience this issue? How do I fix it?
Thank you so much @rs5 for clarifying and for sending those photos. I think that the LCD panels might be broken as it still has touch capabilities and the you can still see that far right side. Fingers crossed that it's still under warranty 😞

@rs5, thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. Since your Nest Hub is not in warranty, I'm sorry to say that we cannot replace your Nest Hub anymore.
