My google nest audio speaker sound crackly when it plays or speaks, I’ve tried dis and reconnecting, and it was still the same. I then unplugged the speaker and waited before replugging,  still no change. I also tried deleting the device from my google home app, I also want to factory reset the device but cannot figure out how. Please help

Hi folks,

@MikeClark, thanks for the help.

@BexleyAnderson, certainly that isn't the experience we want you to have and we're here to help. A few questions: how far is your Nest Audio from your router? Does it happen on all music platforms or just selected ones? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Audio. Plug them back in after 3 minutes or 5 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help. If the issue persists, a good 'ole factory reset should do it. Here's how. After the reset, proceed with the set up and play a song.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan
