White screen on hub when doorbell is rang

I Just installen my google Hub gen2 and trying to get my Nest Hello to show up on the hub when the ringing the doorbell, the hub changes its screen from the time to A White screen and not showing the live feed.l

it does show A live feed on my Phone and whenever i stream it to my Chromecast but not on the google Hub i have factory resetted it but that didnt work. 

When i see the White screen i can still use The google hub and give him commands, also tried streaming the doorbell to the hub but still shows White screen

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but here are a few questions:

1. Is your Nest Hub in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell?

2. Are your Nest Hub and Nest Hello on the same Wi-Fi network?

3. Are your Nest Hello and Nest Hub assigned to a "room" in the Google Nest app or Google Home app?

4. If you go to home.google.com, can you see a livestream of your Nest Hello doorbell?
