@Muffinb123, that certainly hasn't been easy for you and thank you for setting the language to US-EN, which in this case you mentioned in New Jersey English. Without mentioning your account here, are you using your own personal email or a work email? Is it a Google account? It would help a lot if you could do a factory reset one more time and when setting up your Nest Mini, make sure you're using a different email to isolate your concern.
