My nest won’t connect to my WiFi

I lost my manufactures guide and I need the qr code to set my device up, it won’t let me set anything up without it. I tried resetting it but that’s all that I could do. I just want to reconnect my device. I have WiFi.

@Estrellafm, Thanks for reaching out.  We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. Google Nest Hub 2nd gen is the only device that requires a scan of the QR code that is shown on its screen during setup. For it to show, you can do a factory data reset to put it back to its default setting. Check the steps below for guidance on how to do the factory reset.

On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.
