My speaker is useless

I am pretty sure it's limited due to my native speak language is spanish, but it's like having a not-so-smart media player hanging on my wall.

  • I can't set alarms because it understands whatever it likes (Yesterday I tried on setting the alarm from monday to friday and I was literally ten minutes without any luck. I had to set the alarm everyday because that was the only way).
  • I can only play Spotify music (ironically) and the music choices... I'd rather prefer not listen nothing.
  • The news given when I say "good morning" are for Europe or North America (it's okay but ...).
  • It doesn't find news from South America.
  • I have sent some feedback to Google, and in almost a year since I bought it, changed nothing for better.

I could keep going but I think I made my point (I hope), so I am thinking on throwing it away and buying an Amazon echo.

  2. When did your issue begin? 
  3. Were there any recent changes made? 
  4. What country are you located and where did you buy your Nest speaker?
  5. What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
