Google Nest Hub Max Timeout to photo display

Hi

I am having the same issue as posted here https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Browser-state-and-timeout/m-p/319553/th...

I bought the Hub max so we could use it for Dinnerly recipes which seem to be only available in the browser. This works fine untill the photos start displaying after no activity on the hub then you need to go back to the recipe and it is gone. Not sure why there was no solution posted in the above post and it is now locked.

Is ther any solution to this?

Sorry for the late response. I know how it feels when there's something wrong with your Google Nest Hub Max. A few questions: when did the issue start? Does it happen to other websites? Have you tried rebooting or resetting your Nest Hub Max?

 

Let's check the settings on your Google Home app. Pull up the Google Home app, select your Nest Hub Max, go to the gear icon on the upper right corner, and look for "Display". Scroll down, search for "Screen timeout" and switch off the option to "Turn off the screen after 5 minutes of inactivity."
