no answer, no results, it keeps freeze leds are walking forward backwards for a while, after that goes off and nothing happens. I send an ticket ([0-7898000034319] Your Google Support Inquiry), it says "1 or 2 bussiness days" for anwering, 2 weeks up today, no answer, no solution, just a not so old device turned into a stone.
Could anyone lend me a hand?

Ok, Juni, thanks for your answer, I resume the support received, just in case some other member hava a similar issue.
My device was adquired on July 2021, on august 2023, just some days after 2 years warranty. declined, trying to restore to original settings, the device gets freeze. I follow all the help threats in the forum, read all help articles on google website, and no solution.
I come to this forum and put the issue, customer department, assign a case, and after maybe 10 send and answer e-mails, the conclusion is that my device has passed out, and no repair offer by google and no replacement by google due to the fact, that my device is (no longer than 3-4 weeks), out of warranty.
I understand that a warranty, is a two parts agreement, and that is not possible to extend warranty forever. But also understand that has no sense that a 2 years and a month old device gets converted into a paperweight, and there is nothing to do, as far as "warranty peridod was passed 3 - 4 weeks", not 3-4 months, just a few days.
It is not what i expect from a company as google.
Just advice to other readers, that Nest Audio, when it works, its a great device, but in case you have some trouble, keep in mind that if your warranty has passed some days, Google will not have a "grace extension period" nor offer a "no cost" repair or a "hard discount offer to replace your device". I just wanted my device to work or to be replaced by another one "free-of-manufacturing-hardware-or-software-fails".
On the other hand, person asigned to my case, was correct, and fast in answering.
Hope this answer can help others to others.
Just in case you can push the case, and explain to customer care, the case in order to get some solution or get some advantage on purchasing a new device (I can send to you the paperweight, just to see that it's a real faulty device, not me trying to get a new one free of cost), my number case is 0-7898000034319
Best Regards.
Pedro.
