I am having issues with my Google Nest Audio Speaker (latest model). It stopped working and now is only showing two white lights. I have tried to factory reset, but the device is frozen and nothing responds. I have tried plugging and unplugging 11 times (with 10 second pauses) and that doesn't work. I have tried leaving it unplugged overnight, and that doesn't work either. I am at wit's end on what to do with this device. I bought this device last year right before Christmas, and it has worked flawlessly up until a couple of weeks ago. Please help. There has to be something that will break this loop.

Or you can contact support and see if your device is under warranty still for a RMA
