Hi Migrvp,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I’m sorry to hear that your routine is repeating in two different voices at the end of Latino history. I'm here to help!
To better investigate the inconvenience, I’d like to ask the following:
- What type of speaker or display device do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify the model of your device.
- When did you first notice this behavior occurring? Does the History view in the Home app show that a routine ran?
- Is this a Personal or Household routine?
- Is the device part of multiple routines?
- Can you successfully perform the routine's action using the Google Home app or Assistant voice command?
- Did you receive an error message notification or verbal response from the Assistant-enabled device on which the action failed?
For now, I’d suggest the next steps:
- Check commands: If you have other routines or smart home devices that use similar voice commands, temporarily disable them to see if the issue persists.
- Verify duration: Ensure that the duration of the segment is set correctly.
- Try a different source: If you're using a specific source (e.g., a podcast or news feed) for the Latino history segment, try switching to a different source.
- Restart your device: Restart your Nest device by unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. For more information, refer to this article: Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display.
Please keep me posted.
Best regards,
Jenniffer
