Nest Audio goes unresponsive almost daily and requires power cycle to restart

Nest Audio goes unresponsive almost daily and requires power cycle to restart. Has done this since we got it despite different locations in the house and multiple factory resets and different wifi configs (2ghz, 5ghz) etc. is there any way to get log data to see why it shuts down?

Any other troubleshooting suggestions?
