So this is my 4th attempt to get help. I have had so many texts but no live communication so any attempt is futile. I have checked my nest audio, made sure the cameras were in sync with email and phone. Yet, I still don't have audio when recording. The live audio works however. But Nest doesn't evidently have a customer service unit to help. I have been trying since December.
