Mi bocina nest audio no enciende 

alguien ha tenido este problema, Google no ha respondido mis correos y no me han dado ningun soporte técnico

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry that your Nest Audio isn't turning on as expected and that you haven't heard back from our support team yet. No worries, I'd be happy to help!

If you have a case number, please share it so I can more effectively investigate the emails you mentioned. In the meantime, I'd like to ask the following questions to help isolate the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Nest Audio:

  • When did the issue begin?
  • Is the Nest Audio plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector?
  • When the Nest Audio is plugged into the wall outlet, does it show any LED lights that indicate that it has power?
  • Are other devices able to receive power from the same outlet?
  • Is the official power adapter that came with the speaker used on the device?
  • Was there any type of electrical outage around the time the issue began?

As a workaround, try plugging the speaker into a different wall outlet.
