Nest Audio not powering on.

Hi, 

My Google Nest Audio does not power on when plugged in, no matter what. Please advise on what to do. It is only out of warranty by a few months.

I’m sorry to hear what happened. Let’s further look into it. 

A few questions: when did you notice that it is no longer powering on? Are you still using the official cord that came with it? Have you tried to plug it in a different wall outlet? Do you have another Google Nest Audio device? If yes, have you tried to use the power adapter from that one?

Hi, this was a few months ago. The power cord is the same and I have tried to plug it in elsewhere, but to no avail. I only open once of these.
