I have several Nest Audio speakers around my home that have responded to voice commands relatively well for months/years. For example, every day at my son's naptime, "Ok Google, play Magic Piano Covers in Kid's Room" - Spotify is linked and set as default in Google Home, and it always worked without issue.
I went out of town for a week and now that I've returned, that phrase gets a positive response from the speaker, "Ok, playing Magic Piano Covers in Kid's Room..." - but nothing happens. Sometimes it says "Something went wrong, try again in a few seconds" - I've also tried other linked services (Pandora) with no success.
Super frustrated with this loss of functionality. Any suggestions?

Hi cmarcera,
Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you're experiencing some inconveniences with your Google Nest Audio speakers. For months, they've reliably played music from Spotify and Pandora with voice commands like 'Ok Google, play Magic Piano Covers in Kid's Room.' But, since returning from a week-long trip, while the speakers acknowledge the command, they fail to play your music. I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you've taken to try to get your Google Nest Audio speakers working as efficiently as before. It's definitely frustrating when some devices don't work as expected. I'm here to help! To gather some more details, I'd like to ask the following questions:
Please keep me posted; I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Juan

I started having the same issue this week. Tried to play some relaxing music for my dog and it won't work. Tried on my 3 speakers and they all "accepted" the request but then came back with an error message asking me to try again when I'm ready.
I'm assuming it has something to do with Gemini, but your response on how it magically fixed itself leaves me even more baffled.
