Voice Match never works

I recently got a Chipolo One Point for Google Find Device, and I want to use it on my Nest Hub, but it never works. Whenever I say "ring my [device name]" it says " I couldn't verify your voice." I've tried retraining my voice, but it still doesn't work. Is there anything else I can do to make it work?

However, every time you try using a voice command like "ring my [device name]," the Nest Hub responds that it can't verify your voice, even after you've gone through the voice retraining process.
