Nest Display and Customer Service

My Nest suddenly stopped connecting to my network.  Did resets of all devices and Google WiFi network. Everything reconnected except the hub.   Called customer service and spent 5 + hours trying to do a number of diagnostics which failed because the device cannot find any network.   This is 5 months into attempting to get a fix or another unit.  Time out of my life I will never get back and would recommend devices other than the Nest line for reliability and most of all customer service.

Still broken.  It just stopped connecting to my network as I have explained, sent photos of, tested and attempted to get a replacement.   Everything else google works great except for the Hub that has been broken for almost a year now.  Great Customer Service.  I give you 0 stars since I can't use negative numbers.
