I ending up doing a chat with customer service because there are no chats on how to fix it. They had me do factory reset again and that still did not work. During chat they had me send them a pic of screen showing factory reset did not work. The sent me an email after chat to send them my serial number on unit and some other info so I can send the unit back for a replacement. I replied yesterday to email with info. they asked for and am now waiting on email back from them with label to send unit back for replacement.
