Nest Displays show - -° for weather

Hello,

It's been a few months since I switched over from spectrum to frontier. I believe the ISP main hub is in santa monica because my google nest speakers half the time tell me the weather in satna monica instead of my location when I ask for the weather or forecast. Most of the time it just shows --° as my weather on the home screen weather frog. This is really annoying. Some days it works, some days it's not. My home is set correctly in google home. Even if I open up automation and set home and away it properly identifies home by GPS. Why is this such a problem? I'm getting tired of all the constant problems with google home and starting to think i need to move over to the amazon/ring system or others. I spent all this money and time setting up nest cameras, home hubs, minis, and they are just getting worse and worse. Now google wants to release gemini to it. How about you guys just fix your product that supposedly was supposed to happen after your AMA on reddit last year. Terrible. so disappointing.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your time zone is incorrect, and I know this can be frustrating. Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Please follow these steps:

• Make sure your smartphone (Android or iPhone) is connected to the internet using cellular data. Turn off Wi-Fi.
• Open the Google Home app.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Home information.
• Tap Home address > Edit.
• Finally, add your new address > Tap Next > Done.

This should help you change your location. Let me know if you have any other questions.

This has nothing to do with time zone. This is location of my home address which hasn't changed for over 3 years. I'll try to reset my phone location but I have done this before.

Thanks for replying, Please let me know if you tried to change the address using your smartphone data this can help to change the location on your home  

and show the correct weather.
