Nest Hub 2 Gen as Thread Border Router

Can a Nest Hub 2 Gen be used as a Thread Border Router? On some Websites like EVE Smart Home it says it does work. But I found nothing from Google. Does anyone of you use it as your central for Smart Home devices?

Yeah you can, I’m currently using mine for an Eve Motion. It does need to still be in HomeKit to show in the Eve app and change settings, but it functionally works in Google Home otherwise. The Eve accessory does need to be setup to use Matter first though.
