Nest mini Spotify connect home app

My 3 children have their own tablet, their own nest mini and own spotify account. I control them through the home app on my phone. When the tell their nest mini to play spotify, the spotify on my phone starts playing. 

How do I connect their mini to their own tablet and their own spotify. I can't find the setting or something in the home app or in family link.

The only way to achieve this is for each of your children to have their own Google account (one that is not a family link managed account), as well as their own Spotify account. Each speaker must be setup with the separate accounts, not setup with your account. More details from Spotify below.

Once setup, each of your children will be able to control their speaker and Spotify media playback using the Google Home app on their tablet.

Thnx for the quick reply. I read some more and was already afraid of that. So no control on the kids tablet or not using a nest for what it's made for.. 

Than just use family link and let the kida stream to the nest instead of using voice command

Only if you want to use Spotify in this way. Otherwise, you can setup the devices with your account and manage things with Family Link.

Yes, I've read all the replies and searched the web. 

Answer is.. You can't use spotify and nest mini, when using family link. You can't set up Google home the correct way than.

Since it is a supervised account, features they can use are limited to:
 

• Ask Google questions
• Play games
• Listen to stories
