I have installed a Nest hub 2 and a Nest Doorbell. All works fine, strong wifi, both devices updated firmware on installation. However, when the doorbell is pressed, the Hub announced the notification but the displays 'Camera feed is not available'. The camera signal is fine in all other circumstances. I noticed a thread on the same problem in November last year but there was no resolution and it was locked for some reason. I have tried factory resets on both devices and reboot of the router. Anyone found a solution to this?

There is another long thread on this problem that is, as yet, unlocked, with over 50 replies. A couple of customers were able to get it working by turning "Visitor announcements" off and then back on, but this didn't work for most. Judging from the comments on this thread, Google Support is denying that anyone has reported this problem, and the other threads on this issue have been locked without resolution.
