Nest Hub 2nd gen continually reboots

I have followed the reset procedure and the Hub continues to reboot and reinitiate the first setup. After resetting up the hub, within minutes it restarts requiring a new setup.

I filed a warranty claim over a month ago and have not received an RMA or any additional support. Case ID 6-4310000034278
