Nest Hub 2nd gen - indoor temp/humidity display (please!)

I really love my 2nd gen Nest Hub, in particular the sleep sensing.  The doco seems to suggest the hub has a temperature sensor which is used as part of the sleep sensing...I'd love to be able to get rid of my indoor thermometer, so does anyone know a way to show the room temperature (and humidity would be great too) on the display?  If the sensor's in there....

Hey Juzdu,

Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the delayed response.

Currently, this feature is not supported. You will need a Thermostat connected to the Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) to hear or show the room temperature.  we're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take this as feedback. I also suggest that you send feedback via voice command by saying "Hey Google, send feedback" or by following the steps on this LINK.

Let me know if I can assist with anything else, otherwise I’ll be locking this thread after 24 hours.

Cheers,

Muddi

Thanks, I'll send that feedback through. Seems like a missed opportunity given it uses the room temperature to feed into its sleep data. I really like the Gen 2, it's played a big part in fixing my insomnia, I fall asleep much faster and stay asleep for longer since using it to understand my sleep patterns, play sleep sounds etc etc. Kudos to Google/Nest on this one.
