Nest Hub 2nd works OK after setup BUT does not show any ROOMS?

Setup completed, several smart devices (lights, Harmony, Somfy) added and working fine. Voice commands work OK. Weather, questions all OK

BUT

the Home screen remains EMPTY. Is only shows a single button ROOMS which gives a blank screen when pressed. The Main tile explains in three sub tiles what should be happening but it doesn't show anything.

Home App all OK and everything showing and working.

RESET executed, WiFi network changed to backup, no change. 

Using Fritzbox and Apple TimeCapsule routers for 2 different wifi's. working the same on both. 

Any suggestions?

I understand that it can be confusing when you can't see any rooms, but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
