Nest Hub Alarm at 4am when no 4am alarm is set.

Ill preface this with the fact that I recently moved from the east coast to Nevada so I switched time zones by 3 hours.
I made sure to change all of my location data in the home app and everywhere else in Google. When I ask the Hub where it is, it correctly gives me the time and location.

So here I am, I have an alarm set for 7am so I can get up for work. It's set for M-F and most of the time it works great. Except that one day a week, at random, it will go off at 4am. When it does, I check the alarms and only see the 7am one set.

Why is it doing this and what else can I check?

Hi Wizzer2801,

We're sorry to hear that there's a random alarm that goes off at 4am ― let's check it out. It would help a lot if you could undo the new alarm that you set, after removing the alarm, do a sequential reboot to refresh your connection to the internet and your account. Unplug the power cord of our router followed by your Nest Hub. Restarting your phone might also help and re-installing your Google Home app should do it.

Tell us how it goes.

Best,

Dan

I have done a factory reset on the device on Friday so I will need to wait through this week to see if it had an effect.  If it didn't, I will reply here and let you know.
