Nest Hub / Duo / Call providers issue

Hi, 

I'm currently experiencing the following issue and am wondering if anyone knows of a solution. 

3 x Nest Hub V2s (current firmware)

1 x Nest Hub Max ( current firmware)

1 x Nest Hub mini ( current firmware)

Duo account is linked and am able to call each individual room. Once call provider (Telstra, Australia) is linked in the home app to the devices I am able to call out from all devices using my provider, however now Duo will no longer call the other devices in the house and you can not call back in to the home devices using the home app. 

Nest hubs will attempt a duo voice / video call but the display shows a grey screen and states the device is unavailable. 

Have attempted the following:

- Unlink Duo account

- Clear Duo cache and app data

- Reinstall duo

- Remove linked call provider  ( Duo now works as normal however now I am unable to call out using Telstra and my phone number. 

Ideally I would like both of them working so the hubs are able to call each other and the outgoing calls are from my provider.

Had exactly the same issue (also in Australia / Telstra).   Removed the linked provider and all working again!   Keen to keep track of this issue and know when it gets fixed.
