I have 2 Gen 2 Hubs. When I say "Hey Google, turn off the lights." On one I get a voice response "Lights are off." On the other I get no audio just the display showing lights are off. How do I change it to get a voice response?

Hi olman944,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.
I understand that your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) devices are behaving differently with voice responses—one speaks, the other doesn't—and you're looking to get a voice response from both. I’m more than happy to assist you with this.
Based on the available settings features for Google Nest and Home devices, I found that when many devices are turned on, only one should answer. Google determines the appropriate device to respond to based on a number of variables, including the device's proximity, the type of request, and its capabilities.
Please consider sharing your thoughts directly with our development team through this feedback form. Your input will help us prioritize features and ensure that we're meeting the needs of our diverse user base.
Feel free to keep us posted if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Virna

Hello,
My displays are on the same network. One is in my upstairs living room and the other is in my basement. The basement is the one that doesn’t respond. From my understanding of what you said, if I talk to the basement one the living room would respond? I'm confused !
