Nest Hub Gen2 stops alarm without user actions

Hello, I got an issue on my Nest Hub (Gen2) :

It's been a few weeks I wake up late because of the alarm on the nest not working properly.

I have set up an alarm at 7am on every weekdays and a routine that play local news podcast, check for my phone battery and read the local weather.

I woke up early today to see what happens and I saw that at 7am the alarm does actually ring but only for a few seconds then says hello and glitches on the alarm settings screen... After a few seconds the screen goes back on the fullscreen clock like nothing happened... I have actually recorded a video of this if needed.

Did anyone also got this issue ?

I tried logging out then back in, tried factory reset (with both volume buttons pressed at the same time), this fixes the issue but only for a few days, issue start to appear again a few days later.

Hi 123321mario,

I know how it feels when something isn't working the way it should. Let’s further look into this. Kindly share with us the video you captured. Also, does the issue happen to all your alarms, or only at 7am every weekday? For the routines, have you tried to delete and create a new one?

Regards,
Alex

Hi there,

I'm jumping in to ensure everything is good here. Have you seen my previous response? Let us know of the answers so we could take a closer look at them.

Best,
Alex

Woops I missed your last message, sorry !

Here is the recording : https://streamable.com/bavvn2

Sometimes there's sound, sometimes there's not. It's very random

It happens at any time I set, not only 7am

I also tried deleting and rebuilding a new routine but same issue appears after a few days (everytime I reset, the alarm works for like a week then it breaks)
