I have read all the threads I could find about this but cannot get the camera on my nest hub max to work. I’ve done many factory resets, tried going to the Nest app to accept any terms, and every other recommendation. Still no functional camera on the hub. At best, it just says connecting and scrolls forever. This really diminishes the value of this product. Please help.

Still no resolution to this. Spent an hour and a half with customer support tonight and they just moved me in circles. Very disappointed by what used to be very good Google customer service.
