Nest Hub Max Connections

I cannot connect any devices to my Hub Max.  How do I put it into Pairing Mode?

Select your Nest Hub Max in the Google Home app, then select Settings | Audio | Paired Bluetooth devices, and then select "Enable Pairing Mode" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
