Nest Hub Max Not Showing Photos

DanDryfhout
Community Member

I have followed the suggestions of creating an album in Google photos and adding it in the settings on my Google Home app. One I select any album, it previews the image but my Nest Hub Max continues to show the art gallery photos instead. Any help?

Hi DanDryfhout,

Thanks for reaching out.

If you have successfully added your photos on your Google Photos account, you can now view these photos on your Google Nest Hub Max as long as you're using the same Gmail account that you're using both on Google Photos and Google Home. To check these settings, you can follow these steps:

Google Home app:

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  3. At the top right, tap Settings and then Photo Frame and then adjust the settings you want.
You can add or remove albums with the Home app or your Nest display.

Home app:

  1. Open the Home app .
  2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  3. Tap Settings and then Photo Frame and then Google Photos.
  4. Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Princess
