Yet again I’m having problems with my 2 hub maxes cameras they both were working fine for a couple months now. Then last week they went off line again . Google has no idea what’s wrong with them . Was on the phone for over 2 hours and went through factory reset ,checked setting in app. reset both routers and checked all settings for Comcast and google/nest mesh everything is the way it’s suppose to be yet they have no answers and of course they never got back to me yet again …. Is anyone else having issues with their hub max cameras ?

Go back to the Google Home app homepage and in the middle of the page you will see the option to "setup hub Max camera" (or something similar). Follow those instructions and your camera should be working again.

Cameras are already set up when trying to access them they act like they are trying to connect but never get there . There’s no live feed or history either .. they were working fine for a while then I guess google did another update and they cut off again

I know how important for you to have a working built-in camera on the Google Nest Hub Max - I'd love to help. A few questions: when did the issue start? Are you able to stream the camera from the Nest and Google Home app? Could you share the case ID so we can further check what's happening on your device.
