Nest Hub Max camera fails to connect

I purchased an entire Google Nest system from ADT.  ADT set up doorbell, 3 cameras, and 2 Nest Hub Max.  I purchased 2 additional Nest Hub Max from Amazon.  The 2 new products work great EXCEPT FOR THE NEST CAMERA.  When I try to link the Nest camera on the either of the new hubs the setup hangs up on the “connecting to joining device” screen.  I read other community posts and followed those suggestions.  Nothing works.  Google, do you care?  If so, provide (1) a software patch or (2) precise instructions on how to connect the camera on newly added hubs WITHOUT REMOVING EVERYTHING AND STARTING ALL OVER.

Sorry to hear about this experience on setting up your devices. Could you please tell if there are any prompts showing as you attempt to set up your camera on your Google Nest Hub Max? Also, it would be very helpful if you could provide a photo or screenshot of the prompt so we can check further.
