I just had a Nest Hub Max delivered and the device doesn't show any signs of life. I've tried multiple outlets and nothing is working. I've tried holding down the volume buttons. The screen is black and it doesn't look like the device is starting up at all.
I'm considering returning but I'd like to avoid the hassle and instead get this one working.
