I might not know the command or what not.. but essentially I am the device owner on my displays and speakers. I travel for work and I would like my kid to be able to video call me to Meet on my phone by simply saying "video call to daddy" or whatever. .. when I do that now it just calls the other Nest Hub in the kitchen .. I get no notification on my cellphone. I can however call from my phone to the hub max using the special button "home devices"
I feel like this is a use case that should be supported I have tried to google best I can but haven't found a solution.
any help or ideas would be nice.

Hi deligator,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
I understand that you want to maximize the use of your Google Nest Hub Max and calling feature is one of the key highlights of it. Here are some info regarding that:
With Google Nest and Home speakers and displays, you can make calls to friends, family, and businesses with your voice. There are 3 different ways Nest speakers and displays can make calls. Availability varies by country.
With Duo calling, Nest speakers and displays can make and receive video or voice calls to anyone who has a Duo account.
Key features:
Google-supported calling allows you to make audio calls to mobile, landline, and business phone numbers at no additional cost.
Key features:
Make calls through Google-supported calling
Hope this helps.

Hi folks,
Sorry for the confusion.
Members of your home can call your speakers or displays from their phone or from the home’s other displays or speakers. Note: Nest Hub (2nd gen) will not be able to receive calls between devices when Only Ring When Home is turned on and you're away from home.
To call another speaker or display in your home, say "Hey Google," then "Call [display or speaker name]," or "Video call [display or speaker name]."
To call your devices from your phone, you’ll need:
With the Google Assistant: Say ”Hey Google,” then “Video call [Smart display or speaker name]," or "Video call [name of your home]" to ring all of your devices.
With the Duo app: Open the Duo app . Swipe up
tap Call my home devices. This will ring all of your devices.
With the Google Home app: Open the Google Home app . Tap Call home
. This will ring all of your home speakers and displays.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi GiangNgo,
Thanks for trying the steps. Have you already tried performing a complete reset and setting it up again? Let's go ahead and try that and see if this would make any difference.
