Nest Hub Max video

My Nest Hub Max does Not display video from my lorex 2k doorbell which connected fine and is working properly on the google Home app on 2 IOS devices but when ask "hey google show front door camera" it starts to connectbriefly and freezes and spin like it's trying to connect, they are both are the same network except the doorbell is 2.4g and the hub max is 5gIMG_1771.jpg

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that the live video from your Lorex doorbell to the Nest Hub Max isn't going well. No worries, help is here! Let's try some troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Connect both devices to the same 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz  WiFi Network.
  2. Turn off Do not disturb on their Google Nest display
  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Tap Favorites or Devices > tap the device card on a speaker or display to set Do not disturb for.
  • At the top right, tap Settings > Notifications and Digital Wellbeing.
  • Tap the slider On or Off for Do not disturb.

        3. Reboot the Google Nest display.
