Nest Hub Max won't connect to wifi after router reboot

I am using a Netgear Orbi 850 Router and 2 Satellites in my home. My Nest Hub Max is right next to one of the satellites. My Orbi is in Access Point mode. Recently I had to reboot my Orbi. Ever since then all of my home wifi devices have reconnected seamlessly with the exception of my Nest Hub Max. I went through the setup process using Google Home app (version 2.47.111) and I always get stuck at the screen where I am supposed to choose the wifi network to connect to. My home wifi doesn't show up. When I select the Other Wi-Fi network option, that doesn't work either. I have tried the Google Home app on my iPhone and iPad. what am I doing wrong here? any help would be appreciated. I don't understand why out of all my wifi devices (including a Chromecast Mini and a Home Hub Max), I am only having issue with the Nest Hub Max.

Do you have a Roku TV by chance?  I saw in a post that it may have something to do with it.  I have the same issue after rebooting my Orbi and also have a Roku TV.

Hey all,

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up, as having issues with your Nest Hub Max is never ideal. Please let me know if you are still having trouble with the device not connecting from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake

I'm still having the same issue.  I turned on wifi on my Xfinity router to get the Max to connect, but would like to get it working on the Orbi router to remove the extra wifi interference.  As I previously mentioned, the only change is that I now have a Roku TV connected to router (via Ethernet).

I do not have a Roku TV but I do have a Roku streaming box that is connected via ethernet. why would the Roku conflict with the Nest Hub Max? especially when the Nest Hub Max is on wifi and the Roku is wired? on top of that, I do have other streaming boxes such as the Nividia Shield and Apple TV 4K and those are working fine as usual.
