Hi,
My Nest Hub suddenly turned off and become a black screen. I tried a lot of advice on the google website. None resurrected the device screen. I did unplug and re-plug it in (10 times) and did not help either. I've had it for just over a year and this has only just started about a week ago. Looking forward to a solution.

Have you factory reset the hub yet?
On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.

So if your encountering black screen on boot, good luck if you don’t have warranty.
