I've factory reset the Hub and was seemingly working OK yesterday until it just stopped itself and started blinking on and off going back and forth from the G screen and blank black screen. How do I start a claim to get a replacement? I've unplugged and plugged in multiple times and since tried to do multiple factory resets and nothing is working. Just blinking on and off. Very frustrating.
