We find having the local weather displayed on the clock helpful and it's been missing in the last few days. There are 2 versions of the clock that display this data and neither works now. This function is selected in the photo frame/full face clock.
There was an issue I found on this forum that seems similar from around a year ago that didn't seem resolved but was "being worked on"

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Before we start some steps, a few things I'd like to ask:
Let's try first to reboot your Google Nest display simply by unplugging it from the power source for at least a few minutes. Do the same with your router and unplug it from the power source. As soon as the devices are plugged back in, observe its behavior and let's see if this would make any changes. If the issue is still there, kindly attach a photo of the exact display you're getting so we can check on it further.

Yes, I have rebooted it. I also selected a diferent clock that is also supposed to show the weather and it's still _ _ ° where the temperature (or other weather information) should be. this happened about 2 weeks ago and hasn't worked since.

Seems like you've been down this road before. in his old thread which is now locked this was listed as the solution. note the dates and the number of people reporting in that thread. Is this device irretrievably broken?
