Nest Hub con lingua sbagliata

Buongiorno,

da qualche settimana ho l'assistente Nest Hub  è in italiano ma tutto ciò che gli si chiede poi lo fa in inglese.esempio la sveglia, oppure se chiedo che tempo fa lo dice in inglese..se parlo con l assistente esempio raccontami una barzelletta lo fa in italiano. Da Google home la lingua selezionata è corretta in italiano.

Thank you for posting in the community, I am sorry to hear that Nest Hub responds to English instead of Italiano. 

 

First of all, please take a look at this article for the languages are available on your Nest Hub:  Change the language of Google Assistant.

Therefore i'd like to share some troubleshooting below: 

  • Change Google Assistant's language, If there are two language, please remove one and leave the one that you want.
    • On your mobile device, open the Google Home app.
    • Tap Settings and then Google Assistant and then Manage all Assistant settings.
    • Tap Languages and then Choose languages for speaking to your Assistant and then Select the current language set.
    • Choose from the list of available languages.
  • Change language and on your phone,  If there are two languages, please remove one and leave the one that you want.
  • Close and open the app back
  • Unplug your  display and then plug back in
    • Unplug the power cord from your speaker or display.
    • Leave it unplugged for one minute.
    • Plug the power cord back in.

Thank You, for your support. I resolved with changed my language with other (es. Italiano-Svizzera) and after I came back to Italiano.
