Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not responding. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution so that you can get back to using your device. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation. 

• Which Google Nest Hub device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Before we proceed with next steps, could you please perform a Factory Data Reset on your device?
  • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
    Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
• Are there any improvements after a Factory Data Reset or is the device still not working?
